Working with Sonardyne / ASV Global at Loch Ness, Scotland and not searching for Nessie honest.
My role was to capture video during one of their trials, of both autonomous surface and sub surface vehicles, a very interesting project to be involved in.
From Sonardyne
The demonstrations were the culmination of the three-year Autonomous Surface and Sub-surface Survey System (ASSSS) collaborative project, led by ASV Global with partners Sonardyne International Ltd , the National Oceanography Centre and SeeByte Ltd., supported with funding from Innovate UK. During trials in and on the Loch Ness, our USBL acoustic positioning and AvTrak telemetry systems and enabled ASV Global’s C-Worker 5 unmanned surface vessel (USV) to locate, track and command and control the NOC’s Autosub Long Range (ALR) Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV)
Video footage was recorded in Apple Pro Res 4.2k and supplied in raw format.
